About the Graduate Programme
The s360 Graduate Programme is created for the most ambitious talents, who strive to build a career within digital marketing, data and tech. As a graduate, you will gain a broad understanding and hands-on experience with the different disciplines within performance marketing, building the relevant set of skills for your future career as a top-level strategy consultant in s360’s Client Strategy team.
The programme has a 12-month duration, where the graduates will have four rotations in different departments such as SEO, Paid Search, Measurement & Attribution and Client Strategy. The programme is individually tailored to your profile and competencies to make sure that you develop an understanding of the different disciplines and the synergies between them. In all four rotations, you will experience a great level of responsibility, challenging tasks and continuous feedback.

You just finished a relevant Master's degree, e.g. cand.it or cand.merc marketing

How is it to be a Graduate at s360?
It is interesting, educational as well as challenging to be a Graduate at s360. The learning curve is steep, and you learn something new every day. My colleagues are incredibly helpful and great at providing constructive feedback, which has greatly helped to develop me both professionally and personally. You are included from day one and feel that your colleagues trust you, which is incredibly motivating.
What do you enjoy most about being a Graduate at s360?
It is a unique opportunity to gain insight into numerous different departments resulting in cross-cutting knowledge about different methods and processes. This provides a great starting point for being able to think across s360. It is furthermore a great opportunity to get a broader network and acquire knowledge from skilled specialists in different branches of the business.

The recruitment process
The recruitment process consists of 3 stages and will take place in June:
Stage 1: 30 minutes online interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview. The focus will be on your interest and experience with performance marketing and your motivation for applying.
Stage 2: Personality- and cognitive test followed by interview
The successful candidates will be invited to an interview at our HQ. Before the interview, you complete a personality and cognitive test. The focus will be on your personal skills and capabilities. At the interview, you will get feedback on the tests, and a deeper insight into s360 and the graduate programme.
Stage 3: Case work followed by interview
The final pool of candidates will be invited for the final interview. Before the interview, you will solve a 2 hours case and prepare a presentation for the interview. Your presentation will be followed by feedback from one of our Directors from Client Strategy.
