We opened our office in Stockholm in 2021, and you now have the chance to become a part of this amazing journey as SEO Senior Specialist & Team Lead. You will be responsible for leading the SEO team, helping our existing clients identify and solve their strategic objectives, scope new opportunities, problem-solving, and project management within the world of Search Engine Optimisation.

s360 is an award-winning digital consultancy founded in Denmark with +250 employees across The Nordics and The Netherlands. We help some of the most ambitious companies, such as Happy Socks, Axel Arigato, and Sephora, craft measurable and data-driven digital strategies.

Your role
You will be joining our local SEO team while also collaborating closely with the group-level SEO team consisting of 40+ members in developing our clients’ digital visibility and driving growth.

Specifically, you will be working with:

• Managing and building the local SEO team

• Technical SEO Audits of websites and platforms

• Understanding and analysing organic performance data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Accuranker, etc. and custom internal tools

• Understanding and utilising new technologies within SEO (e.g. Core updates)

• Understanding and working with website crawling in Screaming Frog

• Lead website migrations

• Conducting keyword research and content mapping

• Strategic consulting to clients

• Working closely with our clients’ web developers and technical teams

• Budget responsibility

Your profile
You have 3-5 years of experience working within the SEO discipline, and you:

• Are a problem solver ready to take on challenging cases

• Have an eye for current market trends

• Work independently, excel with changing deadlines, and can deliver under pressure

• Are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English

• Have management experience (not a must, but preferred)
