Associate Specialist, Paid Search
s360 UK is looking for a Paid Search Associate with 2-4 years experience and a passion for eCommerce and retail to join our growing team. Our London team of 30+ work closely together, acting as an extension of our client’s team for leading retailers such as Wrangler, Schuh, Emma Bridgewater, New Era and Philip Kingsley. In this role you will be part of the UK Paid Search team, working alongside the team to deliver on the s360 UK Paid Advertising vision & executing the Paid Search strategy on our Ecommerce brands.
The Role
We're looking for a Paid Search Associate who is ready to drive impact for clients, is action-orientated and solutions-focused. To give you an idea on who you'll spend your time each month, the role is made up of four key pillars:
Execution:
- Hands-on in the platforms (Google Ads, Shoptimised, Amazon Ads etc.).
- Building and launching new campaigns.
- Optimising existing campaigns through A/B split testing audiences & copy.
- Executing on the strategy laid out by the Specialist, Senior Specialist or Director for key clients.
Training:
- Dedicated time to upskilling in the platforms, industry and wider digital trends.
- Training to be delivered through s360’s extensive induction programme.
Reporting:
- Confident using data to measure performance with expertise using Google Analytics, Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Weekly performance checks to ensure budget pacing is on track.
- Conducting Weekly Insights, Monthly Reporting and quarterly deep dives.
- Frequent client comms and meetings to present insights.
Strategy:
- Fully understanding clients’ goals, customers and business.
- Supporting the Specialist/Senior Specialist to define campaign structures based on client’s goals & budgets.
- Involved in client workshops to uncover nuances and inform the Paid Search strategy.
