Build digital strategies that helps our clients grow

As a Director in our Digital Growth team, you will have responsibility for your own client portfolio and be the main driver behind digital strategies and initiatives to help our clients reach their growth targets. We pride ourselves on providing a best-in-class client experience, fueled by your proactive approach, unwavering ownership, and forward-thinking strategies.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Serve as the trusted strategic advisor and primary point of contact for a client portfolio, driving their digital growth and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Play a pivotal role in client pitches, leveraging insights and experience with running media and performance marketing for retail and brands.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with teams across international offices to steer the commercial agenda, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create client cases for award shows and represent s360 in keynote speeches, etc.
• Follow up on our pipeline and incoming leads.

Locally in Norway, we’re 40 colleagues, and you will join our Digital Growth team with 6 skilled strategists. We are a senior team with a great focus on knowledge sharing and innovation while having fun along the way.

Strategic thinker with a strong toolbox

We expect you to play a key role in setting the direction and taking ownership to drive innovative strategies that inspire the rest of the team and improve our ways of working and best practices.

What you bring to the table:

• A positive and open mindset that energizes those around you, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong and lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
• Experience in crafting appealing narratives with a cohesive storyline through Google Slides/PPT.
• Commercial & growth mindset with experience managing complex clients.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, including data & adtech.
• +3 years of agency experience - preferably in similar roles.
