For our People team at s360, we’re looking for a Student Assistant who wants to explore the People agenda and continue as an intern in Fall 2026.

Contribute across the entire people journey

You’ll join a People team who operates in an international environment, across 8 markets. We work closely with the business to support s360’s growth, which means you’ll quickly see the real impact of your work.

You’ll get hands-on experience with things like:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and write job postings
• Post job ads, manage applications in our recruitment system, and make sure candidates have a great experience throughout the process
• Actively search for and engage with potential candidates on LinkedIn
• Getting hands-on with HR operations across the employee journey
• Work directly with managers across markets to follow up on and manage absence registrations
• Manage ad hoc HR tasks such as holiday reconciliations and transfer agreements

While your main focus will be on recruitment, you’ll have the chance to get involved in a wide range of People activities. We promise you’ll get responsibility from day one and plenty of opportunities to test your skills in different areas.

We’re a team of four based at our headquarters in Aarhus, with responsibilities spanning across our international offices. You’ll report to our Manager, Talent Acquisition, while working closely with the rest of the People team and collaborating with stakeholders across the entire organisation.

• Currently studying at university within HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or a similar field
• Would like to join us as an intern in Fall 2026
• Curious to learn how People contributes to the business in an international environment
• Comfortable communicating in Danish & English (written and spoken)
• Open-minded, proactive and ready to take on new challenges
