We're entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of s360 Studio - our creative and brand strategy department. We’re looking for a ambitious Content Creator Manager to help shape this new offering and build a creative and innovative team. You’ll sit at the core of how we concept, design and deliver best-in-class social content for our international brands and retailers.
We are looking for a Content Creator Manager who understands how to turn real people and real stories into high-performing content. This role is perfect for someone who can combine creativity, structure, and data to drive results across paid and organic campaigns.
Bridge the gap between creator content and performance
As a Content Creator Manager, you’ll be responsible for building great creator content that fuels both paid & organic performance for our clients. You’ll sit at the intersection of social media strategy, creativity and performance - shaping how brands show up across social platforms every day.
In this role, your concrete tasks will include:
Sourcing, vetting, and managing creators and influencers who feel like a natural extension of the brand and align with specific objectives
Briefing creators to deliver authentic, platform-native UGC content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta
Partnering with creative strategists, designers, and paid social teams to ensure your content fuels paid & organic activity
Proactively suggesting new content ideas, formats, and creative approaches to improve engagement, reach, and overall campaign performance
Working collaboratively with other creative roles in our Studio department
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Creator Manager with a sharp eye for culture and creativity, who is curious, organised, and ready to grow with us.
You will likely recognise yourself in many of the following competencies:
3-5 years’ experience in a social media, content creation or content production role, ideally within a brand or agency
Experience concepting and writing video scripts, hooks, angles, for short-form video content
Experience briefing creators directly, doing cold outreach and giving constructive feedback on content
A strong portfolio or examples of social content you’ve planned or created using creators
A good understanding of how to create platform-native content for different social media platforms and which trends, formats and hooks drive engagement and results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple platforms, brands, creators and content calendars at once.
Naturally curious about social trends, creators and new formats, and excited to test, learn and iterate based on client and peer feedback
While not a strict requirement, you will stand even stronger if you have experience with the following:
Confident working with social media editing tools (Edits, CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Suite)
Experience working with Influencer and UGC marketplaces, agencies or similar creator platforms
