People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to take full ownership of the employee lifecycle at s360.
People foundation as a core
As our People Operations Specialist, you will be the engine room of our people team. You’ll take full ownership of the operational employee lifecycle, ensuring that every touchpoint is handled with precision and care. You’ll act as an expert and a trusted point of contact for our leaders.
More specifically your responsibilities will include:
Manage the employee lifecycle processes, such as pre-onboarding and off-boarding in our HRIS (Hibob) to ensure every colleague receives a smooth and professional experience.
Creation of employment contracts, addendums, and legal documentation using Oneflow.
Manage the Danish payroll cycle (Zenegy) from A-Z, managing everything from pension, to health insurance and reimbursement with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance and quality.
Administering the Danish Holiday cycle, including proactive follow up, holiday transfer documentation, and required reporting.
Maintaining and optimising our HRIS to ensure data accuracy and efficient workflows across our international offices.

Moreover, we believe the following will set you up for success in the role:
2-3 years of experience from a similar role such within HR Operations, Payroll or as a People Specialist
A background or strong interest in Danish employment law - this may come from formal studies, HR experience, or relevant practical exposure
A natural curiosity for how automation can remove friction from HR tasks, freeing up time for human connection
A strong understanding of HR processes and a natural flair for systems and data
Enjoy working independently and take ownership of your tasks and deadlines
A good and human-oriented communicator in both Danish and English
A service minded approach and the ability to stay calm when workloads are high

You will join our team of four, where 3 are based at our headquarters in Aarhus and 1 at our office in Belgrade. We’re on a journey to transform from a traditional HR setup to a personal, tech-enabled, human operating model - one that combines automation, strong processes, and human connection.

You’ll report to our Group Head of People while working closely with the rest of the People team and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
