About the role as Content Intern
Join our growing team and explore the fascinating world of content strategy, digital identity, and SEO (GEO).
As an SEO Content Intern, you won't just be ‘writing copy.’ You’ll dive deep into brand guidelines, personas, user experience, tone of voice, and SEO to ensure every piece of content serves a dual purpose: capturing the attention of search engines, LLMs, and human readers.
During your internship you can look forward to:
Learn how to write and optimise on-page Dutch (and English) copy for target audiences and search engines.
Maintain brand guidelines in the copy to ensure consistency in grammar, tone and style across different copy.
Help improve page structure, metadata, and internal linking.
Learn how Google Search and other search engines actually work.
Explore how AI and LLMs are reshaping search.
Become a pro at using AI by mastering prompt design to scale content production without losing quality.
Analyse trends and developments to create SEO copy for different clients.
Learn keyword research, search intent, and how to track performance using Google Search Console and Analytics.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone excited about the future of digital marketing and is ready to dive deep into the world of content. You might be a perfect fit if you:
Are studying marketing, communication, media, or a related field (HBO or university) and want a work-experience internship.
Are structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn when it comes to grammar and brand consistency.
Enjoy working independently but love being part of a team.
Have strong writing skills in Dutch (required) and communication skills in English is a plus.
Curious about how AI, search engines, websites and target audiences all connect.

Practicalities about your internship
The internship will last for 6–9 months. During your internship you’ll be guided by a dedicated Content Specialist - your Buddy - who will help you develop your skills step by step.
Approximately half of our interns continue working with us after their internship, either part-time or full-time, depending on the stage of their studies. However, this is an individual assessment, and we cannot guarantee it in advance.
