Driving client strategy, commercial activities and a team of specialists
As a Director in our programmatic team, you will take ownership of media planning and strategy on some of our largest clients. You will actively drive the commercial growth of our department while shaping our programmatic offering. Joining a collaborative team of 10 specialists, you will also expand your leadership skills by taking on the day-to-day management of a couple of our specialists in Aarhus.
You can look forward to:
Client lead: Leading client strategy and maintaining a close dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, business objectives, and campaigns.
Commercial growth: Contributing to the continuous development of s360’s programmatic offering, as well as actively driving commercial projects and pitches from a programmatic and media strategy perspective.
Team leadership: Sharing your expertise and acting as a senior sparring partner to support and guide team members, as well as being the formal manager for a couple of the team members in Aarhus.

You’ll be joining a dynamic team of motivated specialists working across markets, platforms and media channels. We are a team of 10 across Aarhus and Copenhagen, working closely together, continuously pushing the boundaries of our offering. We are a tight knit team and we are regularly doing social events, both as a whole team across offices and as teams in each of the two locations.
Shape the role with your expertise
We are looking for a professional who can combine a deep specialist knowledge with an urge to drive cutting edge media strategy with a consultative mindset. You are ready to lead client relationships, drive complex engagements, and play an active role in strengthening our team and commercial offering.
To the role you will bring:
Programmatic experience: You bring approximately 5 years of solid experience working with programmatic advertising spanning media planning, ad ops, execution in various ad-tech platforms (GMP experience preferred) and commercial pitching.
Cross-channel and -media: You have experience across different platforms and channels within digital advertising. Experience with traditional offline media is considered a plus.
Client management: You have experience in a client-facing role and recognise the absolute importance of cultivating strong, trusted client relations.
Team mindset: You are a collaborative team player with high ambitions for both your personal development and the growth of the team around you.
