Our Dutch office is looking for a new colleague with agency experience in Paid Search who is ready to lead clients and share their knowledge to help strengthen the team internally.
Shape Paid Search strategy as our trusted advisor
As our Senior Specialist in Paid Search, you will take ownership of client relationships and account delivery excellence for a portfolio of ambitious brands, while mentoring our junior specialists.
To give you a clear picture of how you’ll spend your time, the role is built around these core responsibilities:
Lead Client Strategy: Lead clients by developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans that align with commercial goals and identify opportunities to drive channel impact.
Manage Account Performance: Own performance delivery across key Paid Search accounts, ensuring strategic execution, budget governance and continuous optimisation using automation and experimentation.
Influence Client Decisions: Translate complex performance data into strategic recommendations that influence client decisions and future investments.
Share Best Practices: Act as a trusted resource by mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and driving knowledge development within the Paid Search team.
Partner with Stakeholders: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to your clients, challenging their thinking, identifying growth opportunities and translating business objectives into actionable Paid Search strategies.
Bring expertise to scale ambitious brands
We are looking for someone who combines strong platform knowledge with commercial understanding and the confidence to lead client dialogues. You are motivated by the challenge of growing eCommerce brands and possess the strategic mindset to understand how different channels work together to create measurable results.
While we do not believe in rigid checklists, we’d like you to bring the following to the team:
Paid Search Expertise: You bring at least 5 years of deep Paid Search expertise. Prior agency experience is preferred.
Platform Proficiency: Proven expertise navigating the platforms Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 and feed optimisation platforms, such as Channable.
Proactive Execution: A proactive mindset and a passion for staying embedded in the technical details that drive real performance.
Growth Mindset: Identifying growth opportunities, presenting strategic recommendations and contributing to new business pitches is a part of your track record.
Clear communication: You have that consultant mindset where you naturally take charge of the conversation, and you don’t lose your footing when a client asks those tough, unexpected questions.
Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

In our Amsterdam office, you’ll be part of a team made up of specialists across various digital marketing areas like Paid Search, SEO, Content, and Paid Social. Gross salary between €4.500 - €5.500 based on experience.
Hybrid working in our office at Leidseplein, Amsterdam, based on a schedule that suits you.
25 vacation days based on a 40 hour contract.
8% holiday allowance, paid monthly.
An additional 5% in pension pay on top of your gross salary, paid monthly.
