Measurement Specialist
Do you want to own the tracking that well-known Nordic brands use to decide where their marketing budget goes? And would you like to build it with server-side tagging, Consent Mode v2 and conversion APIs, from an office with a view of the beach in Barcelona?
As a Measurement Specialist at s360, you'll make sure the data behind our clients' marketing decisions is correct. Most of your clients are Danish brands and retailers. You'll be the person they talk to when something breaks, and the person who builds it properly when it's time for something bigger. You'll work with a current measurement stack, including server-side Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions and the Meta Conversions API, in an international team working across the Nordics and Spain.
Make marketing data dependable
Most of your time will go to hands-on delivery. Some tasks take an afternoon, like working out why a Meta purchase event is counting twice. Others run for weeks, like moving a client to server-side tagging with Consent Mode v2 in place. On smaller tasks you own the job from start to finish, including the conversation with the client. On larger projects a Denmark-based account lead scopes the work and owns the client relationship, and you're responsible for the build.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Troubleshooting: Find and fix tracking issues across Google Ads, GA4, Meta and other ad platforms for Danish clients.
Implementation projects: Build and configure GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups, client-side and server-side, including Consent Mode v2, Enhanced Conversions and conversion APIs.
dataLayer specifications: Write dataLayer specifications for client developers and validate their implementation before go-live.
Quality assurance: Test every setup before handover so it passes Quality Assurance checks without rework.
Documentation: Document each implementation so clients and colleagues can take it over without friction.
Client contact: Answer client questions directly on the work you own, and keep the Danish Account lead updated on anything that affects the relationship.
Join our Measurement team in Barcelona
You will become part of a Measurement team spread across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Spain. Based at Norrsken House Barcelona, you will sit with colleagues who support clients in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway while working closely with the wider international team. You'll report to the Group Head of Measurement, who works from the same office. English is our working language, if you speak a Nordic language as well, that’s a big plus.
Bring measurement depth and a practical mindset
We are looking for a hands-on specialist who can take ownership of client tasks, work carefully through technical problems, and communicate clearly when the answer is not obvious. You should be comfortable working independently while asking for input early, sharing useful patterns, and acting on feedback.
You'll probably be a good fit if you recognise the following about yourself:
Google Tag Manager: Two or more years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for the web, including tags, triggers, variables, custom templates and preview-mode debugging.
JavaScript and dataLayer: Enough JavaScript to work confidently with the dataLayer and troubleshoot implementation issues.
GA4 implementation: Solid experience configuring GA4, including ecommerce events, custom dimensions and validation in DebugView.
Server-side tagging: Experience setting up and maintaining server-side Google Tag Manager, for example on Stape or Google Cloud.
Ad platform tracking: Experience with Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking, including Enhanced Conversions and the Meta Conversions API.
Consent and privacy: Practical knowledge of Consent Mode v2 and CMP integrations such as Cookiebot or Cookie Information.
Structured way of working: Strong documentation habits and the discipline to test and challenge setups before signing off.
Communication and languages: Strong written and spoken English, with Danish or another Nordic language as a plus.
