People & Culture Process Specialist

Drive and develop core People & Culture processes
In this newly established role your key responsibilities will be to professionalise and optimise our People & Culture processes as well as take ownership of various projects.
You will play an instrumental role in developing scalable and effective processes by seeking out opportunities for development and improvement. In addition, the role involves project management, where you will be responsible for implementing new processes and initiatives. You'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and successful implementation.
You can look forward to:
- Identify, develop and implement new P&C processes across the organisation (e.g a process for leadership onboarding)
- Develop our processes from local to global setups ensuring streamlining across markets
- Support the integration of new markets/teams in regards to our P&C systems and processes
- Develop and implement new P&C policies/processes locally and across markets
- Drive our life cycle processes such as Performance & Compensation and Employee Engagement Survey
- Run/support various projects and people development initiatives

Develop our P&C processes with a proactive mindset
As your main responsibility will be to drive and implement scalable P&C solutions, you thrive when a process runs smoothly and you see the value in a well-organised approach. You are always thinking one step ahead, and you have a proactive mindset that motivates you to drive continuous improvement.
You can probably also recognise the following:
- Strong knowledge of core people processes and best practices
- The ability to maintain a structured approach when managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled at collaborating and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Employ technology to ensure the implementation of the most efficient solutions
- Adapts easily to change and proactively seeks opportunities for improvement
- Experience in a similar role within an international organisation, along with a relevant educational background (BA level or higher).
- Fluent in both verbal and written communication in Danish and English
