Key responsibilities as Specialist in Programmatic
You will actively contribute to producing, delivering, and optimising our display and video campaigns, providing an opportunity for continuous learning and development as a Specialist in the Programmatic field.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing programmatic campaigns
- Collecting, analysing, and reporting on data
- Optimising campaigns in Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Designing delivery strategies across digital media channels
- Collaborating with our various departments and engaging in dialogues with clients and stakeholders
- Establishing strategic business cooperation with customers, prioritising optimization of client needs and goals

You’ll be joining a dynamic team of motivated specialists from across the Nordics. Our diverse experiences bring unique insights, and we share the common goal of continually enhancing our programmatic offerings to deliver the very best results for our clients.
As part of our Nordic Programmatic team, you will collaborate with 11 dedicated specialists who are supportive, collaborative, and eager to share their knowledge. Together, we work to push boundaries, optimize performance, and stay at the forefront of programmatic innovation.
Your profile
You are ambitious, curious, and analytical. You are passionate about digital marketing and have a special interest and understanding of technology.
Furthermore, you:
- Possess 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Understand key concepts and platforms in digital marketing, including YouTube, display advertising, Customer LTV, conversion tracking, and target audience analysis
- Are a team player with high ambitions for both personal and team growth
- Have experience in client contact and recognize the importance of cultivating strong client relations
- Have experience in working with Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform
- Are fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
