Lead paid search that grows clients
In this role, you will set direction for the team and make sure our client work stays commercially sharp, technically strong, and focused on measurable impact.
To give you a clear picture of where you’ll spend your time, the role is built around these core responsibilities:
Team development: Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists, providing hands-on training, regular feedback, and clear paths for their career growth within s360.
Strategic alignment: Develop high-level, profit-driven paid search strategies for leading brands and retailers, ensuring our campaigns perfectly align with their specific business goals.
Account performance: Oversee the overall health and performance of client accounts, proactively troubleshooting underperforming campaigns and identifying opportunities to scale the successful ones.
Client partnership: Partner directly with key clients, and support your team in their client communications to translate complex performance data into plain-English, actionable business insights.
Quality standards: Establish and enforce agency-wide best practices for campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget pacing so the team maintains a consistently high standard of work.
Growth & pitching: Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams on new business pitches by auditing prospect accounts, forecasting potential growth, and showing exactly how our agency can add value.
Resource management: Manage team capacity and account assignments to ensure that workloads are balanced, and every client gets the dedicated attention they deserve.

You will become part of our Paid Search environment in Copenhagen and Aarhus and work closely with specialist colleagues across markets. In this role, you will be close to both the everyday work and the bigger direction of the team.
Bringing leadership and paid search depth
We are looking for someone who can lead people, guide clients, and make good commercial decisions in a fast-moving environment. While we don’t believe in rigid checklists, we imagine you recognise yourself in most of the points below:
Native Ad Platforms: Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising, meaning you know how to navigate, troubleshoot, and scale within these platforms comprehensively.
Generative AI Application: Strong working knowledge of how to leverage AI tools, such as Gemini or Claude, to speed up everyday workflows, with ability to prompt effectively to brainstorm high-converting ad copy, write custom Google Ads scripts, or summarize performance trends.
Data Transformation: Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with complete comfort using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas to quickly pull actionable insights out of massive campaign data exports.
Bulk Management Tools: Fluency in Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor to execute rapid, agency-scale campaign builds, structural overhauls, and bulk edits.
Reporting & Visualization: Strong experience building and maintaining clear, automated performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar agency reporting software.
Advanced Bidding & Automation: A thorough understanding of algorithmic bidding strategies such as tCPA, tROAS, and ideally, experience working with enterprise-level bid management platforms like Search Ads 360 for larger client accounts.
Bilingual Communication: Proficiency in Danish and English, with the ability to clearly communicate and present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
